Mumbai witnessed a spectacular evening as the grand promotion and Holi Milan ceremony of the web series Kamakshi took place at Barkat Ali Naka, Wadala (E) on March 6, 2025. The event was hosted by actor and philanthropist Omkar Jaiswal under the banner of the Jaiswal Foundation.
The event was graced by esteemed chief guests, BJP MLA Kalidas Kolambkar and former Shiv Sena (Shinde) Corporator Pushpa Koli, who honored the creators and team of Kaamakshi. The web series is produced by Manish Kumar Verma and Aradhana Sachan under the banner of MKV Arts Film, with Manish Kumar Verma also serving as the writer and director.
During the ceremony, Omkar Jaiswal honored the entire team, presenting mementos, shawls, and Tulsi plants as a token of appreciation. The lead actress of Kamakshi, Aradhana Sachan, plays the titular role, while Omkar Jaiswal himself portrays the powerful character of Guru Rishi Pandurang. Several key actors and technicians from the series, including Vijay Manavtkar, Kanwaljeet Singh Randhawa, Praveen Rana, Sanket Gudekar, Ramesh Pathak, Vivek Singh, Anand Singh, and Satyam, were also felicitated at the event.
The celebration was filled with enthusiasm and festive spirit, marking a grand milestone for the promotion of कामाक्षी . The web series has now been released on the DD Player OTT platform, and audiences can watch it by downloading the app from the Google Play Store.
